Who we are

FusionAI SAS, 1 rue Lamartine, 31150 Bruguières, France (RCS Toulouse 992 309 062), publishes Orbit Together. For your data on this site, we are the Data Fiduciary (DPDP Act) and the controller (GDPR).

What we collect

Only what you type and tick in the founding-list form:

• your email address;
• the version of this notice you agreed to, whether you also agreed to be invited to user research, and the date and time you joined.

What we don't collect

This site sets no cookies and uses no analytics, advertising trackers or social media pixels. We don't ask for your name, phone number, Aadhaar, PAN or any bank details, and we don't buy or sell personal data.

Why we use it

We use your email address only for the purposes you agreed to:

• to send you news about Orbit Together and invite you to early access;
• only if you ticked the optional box: to invite you to a user research call.

Our legal basis

Your consent: section 6 of the DPDP Act and article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR. Consent is optional and the box is never pre-ticked. You can withdraw it at any time, as easily as you gave it, by writing to us: withdrawing doesn't affect what we did before.

Where your data is stored, and who processes it

Your email address is stored on servers in the European Union, operated by our database provider Supabase. The site itself is hosted by Lovable. These providers act on our instructions only. The DPDP Act allows personal data to be transferred outside India, except to countries that the Government of India restricts.

How long we keep it

Until you withdraw your consent or ask us to delete your data, and in any case no longer than 24 months after our last message to you.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to:

• tell you what data we hold about you and how we use it;
• correct, complete or update it;
• erase it, and withdraw your consent;
• nominate another person to exercise your rights if you die or become unable to;
• handle a complaint (grievance redressal).

Questions and complaints

Write to our data protection contact at the address below. We reply within 30 days. If you're not satisfied with our answer, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India, or, in the EU, to the CNIL (France).

Children

The founding list is for people aged 18 and over. We don't knowingly collect data about children. If you believe a child has joined, write to us and we'll delete it.
